“Wonder Woman”, a film released in Italian cinemas on June 1, 2017, sees Gal Gadot return to take on the role of the famous character in this epic action adventure directed by Patty Jenkins. Even before being Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, raised on a paradise island sheltered from the outside world and trained to become an invincible warrior. The arrival of an American pilot, who crashed on the coast and his story about the violent conflict that is unfolding beyond those borders, induces Diana to leave her home, convinced that she can stop the threat. Wonder Woman
The film, set during the First World War, was partly shot in Italy: some scenes were shot on the beautiful beaches of Capo Grosso, Cala d’Arconte, Porticello in Marina di Camerota and in the botanical garden of the Happy Village.
